  1. Knead a frim dough by adding water gardually as needed.
  2. Wash the cauliflower , grate it finely ,and cook it into a dry subji according to your taste.
  3. make small balls of the dough , fill them with the dry subji, and shape them like a gujiya.
  4. heat oil in a kadhai and prepare a masala by sauteing onions , just like for a gravy dish.Add water and let it warm up, them drop the stuffed gujiya into it.
  5. after cooking for 10 to 15 minutes , turn off the heat. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
